How do I send a fax to the Republic of Ireland?

I’ve been trying to fax a number in Roscommon, Ireland and have been trying all day. The number I’ve been dialing begins with 353 (0) 90 ……. There is a "toneless" noise as if it is out of order. Anyone any ideas why I can’t get through? Many thanks.
My apologies. I’m faxing from England. Have just been informed that I need two zeros before the 353 so will try that tomorrow.

you need a telephone access code, usually 243. next you need a code to go out of the united states which is standard 950. then the OP (ocean patrol) requires you pay a fee for a personal confirmation number usualy costs about $50 or you can use mine, 873. finally you have to figure out the code for roscommon, i dont know that one although the code for galway is 9838. then add the normal code. hope that helps!!

  2. If you are in the US, you need to dial 011-353-90(if that is the city code)-phone number. Try it with and without the "(0)" - you will probably not need the 0.

if the number is a cell, you may need to replace the area code (90?) with a different one used for cells.

If that does not work, you have a wrong number. I fax Ireland all the time.

  3. Yes, you need to dial 00 to get onto the international line first, although this depends on where you are, then 353, then 90 - you drop the 0 before the local dialing code. You should get through then.

  4. You need to dial

    003539 + rest of number

drop the zero between 353 & the number

  5. You need to drop the zero.
If the number was 090 1234567, you would use 00353 901234567.
    Hope this helps.
