if you stay in palma nova its usually cheaper but in magaluf look at trh torrenova, trh palmanova, playa apartments when you looking at going?

you could try rip.ie If you know whereabouts in Ireland, you could also try to search for some newspapers local to that area...quite a few might be free publications which are published online as well as in paper form

It depends how loud you want it. 1400 watts through those 6 speakers ought to make plenty of noise. I've run small outdoor concerts off 1,000 watts.

Your best bet is talk to a travel agent telling them you want a hotel around kilometer marker 8 or contact one of those companies that specialize in spring break tours. Check your campus for posters regarding spring break trips.
