What are some cheap but nice hotels in tokyo japan?

I’m doing a project for school and I need to know three hotels that are at a good cheaper price. I’m booking a 5 day and 6 night trip with a budget of $4,000 for the entire trip. So I need a cheap hotel because I need to save more money for the other things.

I am writing from Tokyo.

  1. Last time I went there I stayed at the "b" Roppongi, which was really nice and very reasonable to the location. I don’t remember how much it was but you could look it up on Expedia, and probably find some other hotels too. It was not the cheapest but I think if you go much cheaper it starts to be not nice any more! I have also stayed in Shinjuku but sorry I don’t remember the hotel.
