How does Ireland’s climate affect the way people live and work in both rural and urban areas?
im talking about in ireland. and if you also know the same for physical features that would be great.
Basically it doesn’t. We generally have a mild, temperate climate – never too cold and never too hot.

We become philosophical about rain and precipitation in general and just keep going regardless. You learn to rely on long-term weather reports and you watch the sky carefully.

We are all obsessed with the weather so if you’re stuck for something to say to a stranger when in Ireland now you know where to start. We go nowhere without a coat and know better than to plan a barbecue for Sunday week. Its a case of its sunny, get the burgers out of the freezer.
If we get severe cold or more than one inch of snow in winter, we are totally stumped and cant seem to deal with it at all. People get totally overexcited about it even though it lasts about 2 hours before the next rain. We are total optimists and bang on every year about a white Christmas – I’m 43 and I’ve seen one so far.
When the sun comes out in "summer" we all rush outside without sun protection and lie out for the day, then come up in blisters a few hours later. Three days later our skin is back to its usual pasty self, just a few more skin cancer cells growing.
On a serious note, farming is very important in Ireland and the farmers are at the mercy of the lousy summers, with entire crops failing frequently due to lack of sunshine and too much rainfall.
I dont understand your reference to "physical features".
