where can i find stats on the Irish population in New York City during the civil war?

I’m doing my 25 page thesis for graduation and I need some stats on how many Irish were living in New york city near the end of the civil war like 1863ish.

I’ve tried searching for it but cant seem to find anything. If figured if i got the world to help I would stand a chance after all a couple billion heads are better then one.
