FIFA World Cup Italia 90 – Republic of Ireland v Netherlands

Having survived being labelled as hooligans in Sardinia we travelled to Sicily to meet up with our Irish Family on the lonely Balastrade for the final crunch group decider against the oranje army
What followed was an unbelievable two days where we once again found ourselves favoured by incredible fortune and at the heart of the action.
No-one had video cameras in those days so this is a montage and historical footage….
